1.1 You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle from Gurosun.
1.2 A valid driver’s license and an accepted form of payment are required at the time of rental.
1.3 Additional drivers must also meet the eligibility criteria and be added to the rental agreement.

2.1 The rental period begins at the time and date specified in your rental agreement.
2.2 Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled return time.

Approval of extensions is subject to vehicle availability and additional charges.

3.1 The vehicle must only be used for lawful purposes and driven on public roads.
3.2 You may not use the vehicle for:

• Off-road driving.
• Racing or reckless driving.
• Transporting illegal substances.
  3.3 Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same level.
4.2 If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling fee will apply.

5.1 Basic insurance is included with every rental. Optional additional coverage may be purchased for an extra fee.
5.2 In case of an accident, you must immediately inform Gurosun and provide an official police report.
5.3 The renter is responsible for all damages not covered by insurance, including but not limited to tire damage, lost keys, or interior stains.

6.1 All rental fees must be paid upfront.
6.2 A refundable security deposit will be held on your card until the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.

7.1 Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund.
7.2 Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees as outlined in your reservation.

8.1 The vehicle must be returned to the specified location by the agreed-upon time.
8.2 Late returns may incur additional charges.

9.1 Gurosun reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who fails to comply with these terms or behaves unlawfully.
